Coins and Medals

The Reischauer GmbH mints coins, medals and replicas according to customer requirements.  The material used for coins is gold, silver and their alloys, and also copper materials (bronze, brass, German silver).  Structure, size and weight can vary, up to 65 mm outer diameter and weighing up to 3 ounces (approx. 93.3 grams).  The complete process, starting with the graphic design, to the stamping and blanks production, and the embossing, takes place inhouse.  It is also possible to have a special finishing, such as a selective galvanic plating or a colour print.
