The REISCHAUER GmbH company is a family owned company founded in 1913.
It was founded as a single company, later it became a limited partnership and is since 1987 a limited company. All partners are members of the Reischauer family. Sole general manager is Dr. Gerd Wagner, a graduate engineer.
Its own factory and administration buildings are situated in the centre of “the city of precious stones” – Idar-Oberstein, situated in the south-west of Rhineland-Palatinate and is the working place for about 50 people.

Our commercial activities are focused on 3 different divisions:
 The production and distribution
 of semi-finished products for
the jewellery industry.
The production and distribution
of blanks and coins.
The distribution of metal
accessories for the leather
and fur industry.
We are an international company which works with customers such as the jewellery industry, goldsmith companies and jewellers, mint companies as well as well known leather and fur manufacturers.
