PRECIOUS METAL PRODUCTS
REISCHAUER, works since 1913 as a precious metals refining center. For the manufacturing of jewellery we supply the semi-finished products (wire, sheet-metal, tubes, unfinished castings, CNC-lathe swivel and milled parts). In addition we offer electroplating products for surface treatment and recycle precious metals.
SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS
We deliver all semi-finished products, such as wire, sheet-metals and tubes, in all common precious metal alloys. You can choose the alloy and the size. All standard sizes and alloys are available from stock. We will charge the precious metal directly to you, or debit your metal account.
JEWELLERY CASTING
Unfinished castings are produced out of investment-casting found. We cast in vacuum or in a centrifuge.
You provide us a master model or the wax fragment to decant it directly. We guarantee your copyright. We are able to manufacture objects up to 300 mm out of different precious metal alloys as well as brass and bronze.
CNC-LATHE, SWIVEL AND MILLED PARTS
CNC-lathe, swivel and milled parts offer compared to unfinished castings a higher dimension accuracy and a better surface and material quality. They are suitable for jewellery with the highest quality requirements. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any requirements you may have.
ELECTROPLATING TREATMENT
We offer a vast range of products for the surface treatment of jewellery. Your products will obtain a unique look with silver, gold or rhodium electroplating.
PRECIOUS METAL RECYCLING
Out of each jewellery processing remain many a waste such as filings, dross or electroplating waste water. Through the separating process it is possible to regain these metals. We recycle this material for you. You will receive a credit on your metal account or we buy from you the recycled material to the current rate.
